What we collect

When you send a booking request, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your vehicle’s registration, make and model, the work you need, your preferred day and any notes.

Why we use it

Where it’s held

This website and its booking form are run on Wix. Wix stores booking requests for us and processes them on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Call us on 01592 771190 or write to us at the address above. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
